Services: The Company offers outsourcing services through its Platform, utilizing its own employees (“Team Members”) to fulfill client requirements.

Scope of Services: The Company will provide outsourcing services as agreed upon with the client. The scope of services, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, will be specified in a separate agreement between the Company and the client.

Team Members: The Company’s Team Members will perform the outsourcing services. The Company reserves the right to assign, reassign, or replace Team Members as necessary to fulfill client requirements.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement.

Payment: Clients agree to pay the Company for the outsourcing services provided in accordance with the terms outlined in the separate agreement. Payment terms, including rates and billing frequency, will be specified in the agreement.

Term and Termination: The term of the engagement will be as specified in the separate agreement. Either party may terminate the engagement for material breach by providing written notice to the other party.

Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of services, regardless of the cause of action.

Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with the client’s use of the outsourcing services.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Modification of Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
